      Improve your wellbeing, your way 

      RSL Be:Well covers the latest information to support veterans’ physical, mental and emotional health.

      This free program provides you with:

      • valuable tips and resources on health issues common to veterans like you 
      • health information you can trust, backed by findings from Gallipoli Medical Research 
      • short, interactive 20-minute modules on each topic, broken down into simple and actionable activities that make learning easy 
      • freedom to choose and learn about what interests you 
      • the option to save and continue your progress later 
      • new modules added regularly, so you’ll never be short of new topics to explore

      This is very real and relevant. This has made me reflect on my past a lot and realise how far I have come. As I reflect, I see that emotional intelligence can be taught.
